Financial Advisor – Employed Role | Devon-Based | Existing Client Bank Provided

Are you a qualified Financial Advisor looking for a stable, professional environment with the rare opportunity to take over an existing client bank? We are offering an employed role within a well-established independent financial planning firm, serving clients across Devon.

This role offers a warm portfolio of clients from day one, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality financial advice and building trusted relationships.

The Opportunity

You’ll step into a developed client bank, with the scale and support tailored to your experience and capability. Whether you’re an experienced adviser or still developing your advisory career, we’ll match you with a portfolio and compensation structure that sets you up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic face-to-face financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, and estate planning
• Take ownership of an existing book of clients, delivering ongoing reviews and advice
• Maintain the highest standards of compliance and client care
• Meet clients in-office and at locations across Devon as needed
• Collaborate closely with internal paraplanning and admin teams to ensure a seamless client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a client-facing financial advice role
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals
• Professionalism, integrity, and a relationship-led approach to advice
