Experienced Residential Conveyancer
Location: Remote
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
A Remote Based Residential Conveyancer is required to join a small, friendly, growing team. The firm is a well-established, highly reputable family-owned firm that prides itself on outstanding service and is a people-orientated business, differentiating itself through expertise and a human touch.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload in the provision of Sale & Purchase residential conveyancing to your own clients.
- Supported with your own dedicated, highly experienced Conveyancing Assistant, and a shared Legal Support team (Client Onboarding), Post Exchange and Post Completion teams.
- Utilise a customised Visual Files Case Management system to automate many of the monotonous and routine tasks.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum experience in residential conveyancing and managing own caseload required is 3 years (ideally 5 years+), with the ability to manage both Freehold and Leasehold cases.
- Good character and wholesome value set.
- Demonstrable evidence of excellent client service.
- Experience with Case Management systems preferred.
