Heat Legal Recruitment are seeking experienced, ambitious and passionate Property Lawyers to be part of this brand new conveyancing team in Cardiff. Our client is a leading and modern conveyancing firm on a mission to transform the moving market, for our people, partners and clients.
Following a 4-week training programme, designed to ensure you get off to the best possible start, you'll manage a mixed caseload of freehold, leasehold, newbuild and shared ownership transactions, tailored to your level of expertise.
The bonus scheme gives you the opportunity to earn £12K - £15K per annum, on top of your salary, with a structured career path to help build your career and grow as a person, whatever that looks like for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing the sale/purchase from instruction through to completion, liaising with all parties including mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors and clients throughout the transaction.
- Recognising potential risks and resolving issues without putting the client or business at risk.
- Ensuring that all allocated files are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Liaising with mortgage lenders regarding drawing down client funds.
- Dealing with exchange of contracts and legal completion.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Conveyancing experience, managing your own caseload.
