We are currently looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join the successful and experienced regional team based out of the new offices in Bath.
The Commercial Account Executive is central to the regional operations and will deal with a variety of classes of insurance for various business types and sizes. Access to various, sometimes unique market wordings and online underwriting systems, will give you a strong position in finding the most appropriate insurances to suit clients\β demands and needs.
This is a long-term and progressive opportunity with a stable and key broking location. You will need commercial insurance knowledge, either from a specific sector or a generic cross-class background.
The day-to-day:
- Meet and deliver against your agreed renewal retention and/or new business targets, contributing towards overall budget objectives & KPIβs
- Complete all roles and tasks as required, ensuring adherence to procedures and policies at all times
- Create a customer-led culture where sales and customer standards, discipline, activities, and best practices are delivered.
- Client visits, presentations to insurers, obtaining and submitting the best in market quotations for new business or renewals.
- Debt Management β ensure all monies are collected and allocated appropriately and keep line manager informed of any current, potential, or perceived problems with bad debt.
- Complete any training deemed necessary for your role and execute actions in line with your plan.
