Job Description

Our client, Heat Recruitment, is seeking a Client Services Consultant to join their team in Bedford. Reporting to the Client Support Manager, the role involves managing all mid-term adjustments and client queries, liaising with insurers, and developing industry proficiency through a Graduate/Academy program. The position offers opportunities for professional growth, including obtaining the Cert CII qualification and internal/external coaching.

Responsibilities include:

• Submitting client insurance risk information for quotations (online and offline)
• Using and maintaining the company CRM system
• Creating risk presentations
• Completing subcontractor questionnaires
• Handling fleet and mid-term adjustments for policies
• Building relationships with account handlers and insurers
• Invoicing clients mid-term
• Conducting compliance audits

Salary and Benefits

• £23,000 – £26,000 basic salary
• Start time: 9:30 am (Monday to Friday)
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 5 years
