An established Financial Planning firm in Bristol is looking to hire a Client Services Administrator to support its pensions and investments team, following planned team growth. This is a fully office-based role with free parking, offering exposure to a broad range of platforms and products, long-term stability, and optional study support. Flexibility can be provided around hours!
The Role
- New business processing
- Investments, disinvestments, ISAs & income drawdown
- Money on/off platforms
- Liaison with providers and clients
- Maintaining accurate client records
What They’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in financial services administration
- Experience using at least one investment platform (e.g. AJ Bell, Quilter, Standard Life, HL, Aegon)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Adviser support experience not required
- Qualifications not essential
