What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the go-to lead for all things IT and telephony across the business.
- Overseeing and maintaining records of all IT assets across the Group.
- Managing and supporting the performance of key systems, including our CRM and E-training platforms.
- Working closely with the COO to ensure smooth day-to-day tech operations—no coding required, just solid technical understanding.
