Job Title: IT Manager

Are you a tech-savvy professional who thrives on making IT systems work seamlessly across a business? We're looking for a hands-on IT Manager to join our team at Group level
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the go-to lead for all things IT and telephony across the business.
- Overseeing and maintaining records of all IT assets across the Group.
- Managing and supporting the performance of key systems, including our CRM and E-training platforms.
- Working closely with the COO to ensure smooth day-to-day tech operations—no coding required, just solid technical understanding.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone technically confident and platform-savvy, who understands how different systems interact.
- A natural organiser who can keep track of hardware, software, and licenses.
- Not a developer, but someone with enough IT know-how to manage and troubleshoot platforms.
