We are supporting a wealth management firm that believes great financial planning goes beyond numbers. Their advisers take the time to understand clients' goals, values, and life circumstances to create tailored, practical strategies that help people achieve lasting financial wellbeing.
As an Adviser based in Belfast, you'll play a key role in supporting existing clients with exceptional financial planning services. You'll use your technical expertise to ensure all client solutions are compliant and aligned with their long-term objectives. This role is focused on servicing an existing client bank, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality advice rather than business development.
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio of approximately 50 households
- Work with a client bank generating around £100k recurring income
- Provide holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, and tax planning
- Service a mixed client base including private clients and some HNW individuals
- Collaborate closely with in-house paraplanning and administrative support
- Ensure all advice and recommendations meet regulatory and compliance standards

To be considered for this IFA position:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified CISI/ CII/ LIBF
- Proven adviser experience within an advisory or wealth management environment.
- Excellent understanding of financial products, investment, tax planning, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and written communication skills.
