We are working alongside a Chartered Financial Planning Firm, Discretionary Asset Manager, and Tax Planning Specialist who are looking to add an experienced Admin Manager to the wealth department. The business caters to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, providing comprehensive financial services.

Roles and Responsibilities: As the Administration Manager, you will:

  • Manage and lead the administration team, providing daily support, training, and work allocation.
  • Oversee the back-office system, ensuring its efficient operation and acting as the main administrator for provider software.
  • Maintain up-to-date client files (both electronic and paper) and request information from insurance and investment companies.
  • Prepare valuation and review packs for clients and update them on their requests or work undertaken on their behalf.
  • Liaise with team managers on behalf of the Wealth Manager to ensure timely completion of work.
