Junior Independent Financial Advisor

A long-established, independent financial advice firm based in Evesham is seeking a rising star to join their team in the capacity of Trainee/ Junior Adviser. With c£200m AUA, a strong support team, and a focus on pensions, investments and estate planning the firm is now looking to appoint a Junior Financial Adviser. This is an excellent opportunity for someone already working within an IFA environment—perhaps in a paraplanning, client services, or trainee adviser role—who is Level 4 qualified or working toward it, and now looking to step into a client-facing position. Key Responsibilities * Support the Managing Director in servicing new and existing client relationships * Gradually build and manage your own client bank * Conduct client meetings with increasing independence over time * Handle your own report writing and administration in the early stages * Use of Intelliflo and a centralised investment proposition * Office-based, working closely with a small team of experienced advisers and support staff Benefits * 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays * Employer pension contributions (3%) * Paid professional membership fees * Free on-site parking * Office within walking distance of Evesham train station Candidates should be collaborative, professional, and either local to Evesham or able to commute.
