The Opportunity: In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of SME Account Handlers, providing guidance, support, and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to various clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of insurance specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact for insurance inquiries, utilising your expertise to resolve issues effectively. Develop and implement strategies to optimise team performance and achieve business objectives.
