The client is a leading commercial insurance broker who are recognised for the level of individual service provided to their clients. Specialising in risk management and insurance solutions for corporate, commercial and high net worth insurance. Being well established in the area they have strong connections to a diverse range of clients and markets to place the business. The Opportunity: In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of SME Account Handlers, providing guidance, support, and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to various clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of insurance specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact for insurance inquiries, utilising your expertise to resolve issues effectively. Develop and implement strategies to optimise team performance and achieve business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Keep and already positive and collaborative team culture, promoting accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. What’s needed for me to be considered?
