Your Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload of pre- and post-litigated housing claims, working under Sections 9a and 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. * Draft Letters of Claim, assess damages, negotiate settlements, liaise with counsel, and issue court proceedings. * Use Proclaim CMS and communicate effectively with clients. Candidate profile: * Experience in Housing Disrepair or significant contentious civil litigation. * Skilled with CMS (Proclaim), able to bill work at Grade B or above. * Highly organised. * IT literate. * Self starter.
