We are working with an established wealth management firm based in Gloucester, who is seeking a Head of Administration to join their growing team. You will be managing a small team of Administrators with the aim of growing this team over the coming months. The right individual will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a thorough understanding of Financial Planning administration. This is an office-based position.

Responsibilities and Experience:

  • Previous IFA Administration experience is a must, ideally in a management position but not essential.
  • Possess a client-centric approach and apply this to all situations.
  • Will have strong written and verbal communication skills, to bring the best out of the team and to deliver for clients.
  • Have a good knowledge of back office administration software and applications.
  • Experience in training, mentorship and management of colleagues.
  • Be competent at workflow allocation and diary management ensuring administration tasks are completed and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Conducting appraisals and HR requirements for team members.
  • General office oversight and management.
  • Assist in the recruitment of new team members to support the growth of the administration team.
