We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Director. You will be working as part of an exciting and growing region across Haverhill. So, what does the role of a Commercial Insurance Director here involve? This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and helping clients find the right insurance products to fit their needs.
As a Commercial Director you will:
- Lead a team of 8-10 ambitious Account Executives
- Mentor colleagues and drive their personal development
- Deliver our growth ambitions and initiatives for the branch
- Lead on our retention efforts across our existing client portfolio
- Contribute to our placement strategy and insurer engagement
You will be focused on growth, working with us puts you in a unique position to offer clients solutions from a diverse range of brands and a wide breadth of products with huge opportunity across the Group.
