The client is seeking a highly experienced Aviation Insurance Claims Broker to join their dedicated aviation team, managing a broad range of international claims across general aviation and aerospace risks. This is a senior-level opportunity for a confident and capable claims professional who can handle the end-to-end claims process and maintain trusted relationships with both clients and London market insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of aviation insurance claims, from initial notification to final settlement.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, underwriters, loss adjusters, and legal representatives.
  • Handle complex and high-value claims across a range of aviation risks on an international basis.
  • Maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients, providing guidance and regular updates throughout the claims process.
  • Work closely with the broking team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client service.
