As an Operations Associate on the Heat Geek Upgrades Team, your mission is to deliver seamless and customer-centric heat pump installations that redefine home comfort and sustainability. You’ll own relationships with installers, manage job delivery from start to finish, and provide expert support to homeowners and installers alike. By combining your problem-solving skills, organisational flair, and customer-first mindset, you’ll be instrumental in shaping how we deliver upgrades at scale.

Experience and skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using technology to manage workflows and solve problems efficiently. Experience with a CRM a plus.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks, proactively identifying and solving problems.
  • Comfortable providing customer-facing support via phone and email, resolving queries and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Background in account management, operational roles or customer service, or enthusiasm for learning on the job.
  • Experience within the heating, home improvement, or construction industry a plus.

This is a 3-day-in-the-office-hybrid role where you will work with the team at our office in Sustainable Ventures in Waterloo, Europe’s biggest climate tech hub. It’s a 5 minute walk from Waterloo Station and an energising space for anyone working on climate change!

The salary range for this role is £30k - £40k annually, plus share options and our employee benefits package, which includes:
