The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Manager to lead the delivery, development, and promotion of our specialist software training programmes. You’ll play a key role in empowering heating engineers, installers, and partners to use our system to its full potential — driving both customer success and business growth.
You’ll deliver engaging one-to-one and group training sessions (both online and in person), create structured course content, and collaborate with our sales, customer success, and partners to enhance adoption and satisfaction across our user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by heating engineers and associated professionals.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations, workshops, and one-to-one training sessions that drive software adoption.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and educational institutions, identifying opportunities to increase usage and engagement.
- Design and build accredited (CPD-certified) training courses and online learning resources.
- Track, analyse, and report on training activity and its impact on system usage, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve our training materials and customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a training, education, or customer success role, ideally within a SaaS, HVAC, or construction-related environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident in front of individuals or large groups.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of trade professionals (e.g., heating engineers, HVAC, plumbing) and their workflows.
- Ability to grasp and explain technical concepts in a clear, engaging way.
- Organised and proactive — capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
