You will mentor and guide students facing emotional or social challenges, coordinating external support and contributing to attendance and welfare strategies.
The ideal candidate has experience with SEMH, CLA, and safeguarding, with EL SA/trauma-informed practice and knowledge of the ATTEND framework.
