Recruitment Manager
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the team at Heartwood Collection. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for both Front of House Management Roles and Back of House team members across the estate of 46 sites and future openings in the pipeline. The role will include sourcing and guiding candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding, as well as assisting the Recruitment team in developing and implementing new projects and new store openings. This will be a hybrid role, but you will also need to be able to commute to our Head Office, based in Teddington, Middlesex, once a week.
Recruitment Manager -What we are looking for
- A proven track record in recruitment for a minimum of 2 years within the hospitality sector is essential
- Ideally, in-house experience is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills – oral and written
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- To be able to react and adapt to changing deadlines and priorities with a calm and positive approach
- Strong influencing skills, tenacious and resilient
- Highly motivated and able to prioritise time effectively
- Have a great, passionate personality with energy and enthusiasm
- Previous experience with an ATS system (HARRI experience would be an advantage)
