To the rear of the inn, there will be 128 dining seats including a semi-private dining space for up to 14 guests, a light and airy garden room for up to 50 guests and cosy booths and snugs in Heartwood’s signature warm and welcoming style. A sheltered, tiered courtyard will create a further 74 seats designed for year-round dining with a heated pergola.

Heartwood Collection is already an award‑winning collection of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries at the heart of their local communities serving great fresh, seasonal food. We are now expanding the concept into rooms. Our Brasserie Blancs, the French brasserie business inspired by Raymond Blanc and Heartwood Inns (formerly White Brasserie Company) are renowned for being a home‑from‑home.

This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years. Hourly rate is based on National Living Wage plus TRONC, and the TRONC is calculated from the previous 6 months' site average. The rate of TRONC for the site you are applying for will be confirmed and discussed at the interview stage.
