Heartwood Collection is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across cosy pubs and brasseries. You’ll work across at least two sections, following recipes to deliver fresh, seasonal dishes.
Basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC; On Target Earnings £15–£16 (including TRONC). We offer Stepping Stones training, EarlyPay, staff discounts, and long‑term progression across 40+ locations with expansion plans.
