Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie for its cosy pubs and brasseries. Basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings £15–£16 including TRONC.
You will join a warm, award-winning hospitality group and contribute to fresh, seasonal dishes across multiple Heartwood locations. Ideal candidates have 3-4 years of service experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to work across at least two kitchen sections following recipes.
