About You

You’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and genuinely loves people. You lead from the front, inspire your team, and create memorable guest experiences every day.

You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience running a high‑performing site or fresh food restaurant
  • A strong track record of developing managers and teams
  • Confidence across all areas of hospitality (including rooms where applicable)
  • 2–3 years’ experience as a General Manager within a branded environment
  • A solid understanding of HR, financial performance, and KPI delivery
  • The ability to take full ownership of your business and drive results
