Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across our award-winning pubs and brasseries in the UK. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with on-target-earnings of £15–£15.50 including TRONC. Live-in accommodation is available to support team members.
You'll work across multiple sections, follow recipes, and bring passion for fresh, seasonal dishes. 3-4 years of service-level kitchen experience and classical techniques are ideal.
