We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager to drive the planning, development, and execution of key product and marketing initiatives for our Brasserie Blanc Restaurants. This role blends creativity with insight, ensuring that campaigns, menus, propositions, budgets, and digital touchpoints are aligned to customer needs and business objectives. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, the ideal candidate will be a collaborative operator with strong project management skills, brilliant stakeholder management, an eye for consumer trends, and the ability to turn insights into impactful actions. The role is based at our Head Office in Teddington, conveniently located next to the station.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Campaign Delivery: Develop and execute campaign plans that align with the marketing strategy and commercial priorities. Own the macro event calendar, ensuring alignment across product launches, marketing campaigns, and business priorities.
  • Product & Menu Development: With our creative designers, lead menu development through the full stage & gate process, ensuring innovation, feasibility, and customer appeal. Own and evolve propositions that drive differentiation and brand preference. Alongside the Marketing Director, partner with Chefs, operations, and use rich insight to deliver a customer-led product pipeline.
  • Content and Communications: Support Brasserie’s local initiatives, liaising with key stakeholders, ensuring events and promotions are effectively represented across our marketing channels. Oversee MOPs (Marketing Operations) and blog content, ensuring consistency of tone, messaging, and timing. Working with analysts and the marketing director, leverage customer insights and consumer sentiment data to inform product and marketing decisions. Translate data and performance into actionable recommendations that enhance product performance and customer experience.
  • Stakeholder & Project Management: Lead briefing processes, ensuring clear direction, aligned objectives, and timely delivery. Act as calendar owner, coordinating campaign and product timelines across departments. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders on locations and at central to ensure seamless execution and communication across teams.

About You

  • Proven experience in product management or marketing (ideally in retail, F&B, or consumer goods).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills; comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to interpret customer insight and commercial data.
  • A creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
