Heartwood Collection is seeking a creative Freelance Employer Branding Executive to shape our culture and attract talent. You will lead content across digital channels, telling authentic stories from our pubs, brasseries and Head Office.
This flexible freelance role is 4 days per month, remote with occasional site visits to capture content, and requires independent work with close collaboration with Recruitment, People and Marketing teams.
