Heartwood Collection is seeking a Sous Chef for our kitchen team in Romsey.
The role runs on a 40-hour contract with paid overtime, starting at 6 am and finishing around 2:30 pm.
You will manage line service, lead by example, and train junior chefs while maintaining the high standards across our pub-brasserie group.
