Heartwood Collection is seeking passionate individuals to join our kitchen team as a Junior Sous Chef. We are an award-winning group of cosy pubs and brasseries offering fresh, seasonal dishes across Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc.
We provide a basic hourly rate up to £13.35 plus TRONC, and On Target Earnings of £15–£15.50 including TRONC. The role supports progression through our Stepping Stones training and offers extensive employee benefits and cost-saving discounts.
