General Manager: The Opportunity
As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your Brasserie Blanc.
You’ll create an environment where guests feel at home, teams thrive, and every service delivers the warmth, energy and attention to detail that our brand is known for.

General Manager: What You'll Bring
We're looking for an exceptional hospitality leader with the charisma, commercial awareness and passion to lead from the front.
- You Will Have
- At least 2 years' experience as a General Manager within a quality branded restaurant environment
- A proven track record of leading busy, high-volume operations
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- A passion for delivering exceptional food, drink and service standards
- The ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on leadership style and a genuine love of hospitality
