Heartwood Collection is seeking an Assistant Manager for our group of cosy pubs and brasseries.
This role operates on a 48-hour week with an OTE of £40,000–£42,000 inclusive of TRONC, reflecting a competitive salary package and a strong training program.
You will lead service on the floor, support the General Manager with admin, staffing and financial facets, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc venues.
