Heartwood Collection is seeking exceptional General Managers who lead from the floor, build brilliant teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences across Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc.
You will need a proven track record in premium pubs, restaurants or fresh-food hospitality, with 2–3+ years GM experience, strong commercial sense including P&L, labour and KPIs, and a passion for developing people and setting high standards.
