Heartwood Collection is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across our cosy pubs and brasseries. You will deliver high-quality, fresh dishes and maintain consistent standards in line with our seasonal menus.
We offer a competitive hourly rate up to £13.10 + TRONC, plus on-target earnings of £15–£15.50 per hour including TRONC. The role requires 3–4 years’ experience in a service setting and strong knife skills, with opportunities for progression and staff perks.
