The Potters Heron will be opening in Early 2026! We are excited to announce our next opening in Chandlers Ford in early 2026, and we have a superb opportunity for an outstanding Deputy General Manager to join and support leading our team!
Following twenty years of independent ownership, this beautiful thatched roof hotel and dining space has been acquired by us here at The Heartwood Collection. The Potters Heron has historically been thought of with fondness as an established hotel venue and will now enter an extensive multi-million pound refurbishment to create a warm and elegant 56‑room inn with a 200‑capacity restaurant dining space. This inn will feature Heartwood’s signature quirky welcoming style with cosy snugs, rich colour schemes and textures that reflect the history of the pub and the local area.
Recently announced in the Sunday Times Top 100 Places to Work, Heartwood Collection is an award‑winning collection of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries at the heart of their local communities serving great fresh, seasonal food. Brasserie Blanc, the French brasserie business inspired by Raymond Blanc and Heartwood Inns is renowned for being a home‑from‑home. Our strength is in our enduring community of like‑minded individuals; warm and genuine to our core. Unforgettable moments are rooted in our commitment to seasonality, the curiosity of our people, and the pleasure of our guests.
