Heartwood Collection is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at our Bournemouth sites. You will work a section, follow recipes and contribute to delivering fresh, seasonal dishes across our cosy pubs and brasseries.
The role offers a guaranteed hourly rate with TRONC included (£13.75–£14.25 per hour; basic rate up to £12.85 plus TRONC) and benefits such as training, early pay, maternity/paternity leave, referral bonuses, staff discounts, and cycle-to-work schemes.
