About You
You’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and genuinely loves people.
You lead from the front, inspire your team, and create memorable guest experiences every day.
- You’ll Bring
- Proven experience running a high-performing site or fresh food restaurant
- A strong track record of developing managers and teams
- Confidence across all areas of hospitality (including rooms where applicable)
- 2–3 years’ experience as a General Manager within a branded environment
- A solid understanding of HR, financial performance, and KPI delivery
- The ability to take full ownership of your business and drive results
