Heartwood Collection is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead busy service across our cosy pubs and brasseries, driving guest experiences and mentoring teams in a warm, home-like environment.
You will be responsible for running service on the floor, supporting bar and host areas, and delivering training to staff while assisting the General Manager with admin, staffing and financial aspects of the site.
