We have an exciting opportunity for an Upper Key Stage Two Teaching Assistant to join our team. Our school is a warm, happy and welcoming community where children are at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Holds a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 3 desirable).
  • Has experience working with children in Years 5 and 6 within a primary school setting.
  • Is a passionate, enthusiastic and inspiring practitioner.
  • Has a good understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and expectations.
  • Has the skills and ability to support children's learning, progress and personal development.
  • Has a warm, nurturing approach and builds positive relationships with children.
  • Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to contribute to school life.
  • Has an excellent attendance record and a genuine passion for supporting children.
  • Is supportive of and sympathetic to our Christian ethos.
  • Is committed to building strong partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community.
  • Will embrace and contribute to the hygge approach that is central to our school community.
