We are currently seeking passionate Support Workers to join our exceptional team in Ilford, dedicated to empowering our young people to achieve trans formative and lasting positive outcomes.

Contracted Hours: 40

Shift Patterns - 8:00 am to 8:00 pm/ 8:00-11:00 pm plus sleeps/ 8:00 pm -8:00 am

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all issues relating to the safeguarding of vulnerable children and/or adults are reported according to policies and procedures and in accordance with the safeguarding policy.
  • Promote young people's involvement in all areas including service delivery, quality assurance and organisational development.
  • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with both internal colleagues and external bodies alike.

Requirements

  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of social emotional and behavioral difficulties and how these may impact the lives of the young people that we support.
  • Empowering, approachable and resilient worker who can inspire young people to engage in all aspects of their daily routine
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce) are desirable.
