We are looking for an experienced high volume Head Chef/Kitchen manager who thrives under pressure, builds a great team environment through strong leadership qualities and has a keen eye for quality under pressure with experience of a high volume kitchen.
Role and responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of kitchen and food production
- Developing menus and daily specials board with allergens in mind
- Cost awareness - build a good relationship with suppliers and have the ability to negotiate
- Training, progression and management of the kitchen team
