This role includes leading English across the school. You will have strong subject knowledge and be able to work with colleagues to ensure aspirational outcomes are achieved. We follow the CUSP curriculum which has a diverse literature spine that sets ambitious expectations for all. We offer a warm and welcoming environment with a dedicated staff team who are supportive of one another. There is a clear vision for school development to improve outcomes for all pupils.
