This is a fantastic opportunity to join Hearts & Science as an AV Account Director, leading the video and audio output across a diverse portfolio of flagship clients including GoCompare, TK Maxx, Tropicana and Hargreaves Lansdown. Reporting into the Head of AV, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of innovative AV campaigns across YouTube, CTV, Broadcast Video and Digital Audio platforms, ensuring best-in-class planning, activation and optimisation.

Working closely with planning teams, media partners and the wider programmatic department, you will help shape strategic, data-led solutions that balance brand building and performance objectives, driving measurable impact for clients. The role requires strong collaboration across AV, Client and Connections Planning teams, ensuring integrated AV thinking is embedded across campaigns from briefing through to delivery and post-campaign learning.

As a people leader, you will coach and develop a team of Executives and Managers, fostering a high-performance culture while maintaining exceptional standards in campaign delivery, operational excellence and innovation. You will also contribute to the ongoing evolution of the agency’s AV product, identifying opportunities to test new formats, measurement approaches and partnerships that keep Hearts & Science at the forefront of the evolving AV landscape.

To thrive in this role, you’ll be a confident and proactive AV media professional with at least five years’ experience in AV media. You’ll bring a strong understanding of the AV ecosystem, including marketplace insight, TV planning expertise, data-led targeting, and be able to translate audience insight into effective AV solutions. A natural collaborator and problem-solver, you’ll have a keen eye for detail, be confident presenting to stakeholders, and comfortable managing multiple projects at pace.

Just as importantly, you’ll be passionate about developing talent, with experience mentoring or managing others. Your curiosity for technology, desire to innovate, and ability to spot opportunities for growth will be key to your success—both for your clients and for your own development within the team.

At OMG, our vision is to be an agency where difference is valued and everyone is able to thrive in a culture of equality, inclusion, and belonging.
