Job Description

Warehouse Team Leader

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Team Leader to join our friendly, well-established company. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, leading the team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the warehouse team with daily picking and packing tasks
  • Coordinate stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Carry out computer-based tasks, including running reports
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety within the warehouse

About You:

  • Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or team leader is essential
  • Mature, dependable, and confident in making decisions
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys working in a supportive team with great management and flexibility

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
  • During November and December, shifts will be 6:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm
  • Overtime available and paid
