Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of school administration e.g. after school clubs, school uniform, school meals, attendance monitoring, newsletters.
  • Update and maintain records for finance, attendance, staff training, admissions and the school website.
  • Act as a point of contact for parents, visitors and contractors, in person, by telephone and email.
  • General administration support i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, filing, photocopying.
  • Liaise with kitchen staff and site staff as necessary.
  • Assist pupils who are injured or unwell.
  • Promote safeguarding at all times.
