Support Worker – Complex Needs Day Service

Location: Leamington Spa
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (36 hours per week)
Salary: £12.88 per hour

We're looking for caring, enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Complex Needs Day Service team in Leamington Spa.

About the Role

Working as part of a friendly and experienced team, you will support customers on a 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 basis both in our centre and out in the community.

Working hours:

  • Opportunities for longer days and occasional Saturday working may be available

You will support customers to take part in activities they enjoy, including swimming, gym sessions, farm-based activities, tennis and accessible cycling.

Within the centre, you'll help deliver activities such as cooking, music, art and sensory storytelling.

You will also provide support with daily living needs, including personal care, eating and drinking, and postural care.

Some customers may display distressed behaviours. Full training, shadowing and ongoing support are provided to help you feel confident in your role.

About You

  • Previous care experience is preferred
  • A caring, positive and reliable approach
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential

Full training is provided because great care comes from the HEART.
