Hours: 40 hours per week (Permanent)

Salary: £12.88 per hour, £70.47 per sleep-in

About the Role

Based at our friendly residential home in Evesham (currently a 6-bed service, expanding to 8 beds), you'll support adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying the activities they love. Your role will include:

  • Supporting with personal care, medication and daily living tasks.
  • Encouraging independence and choice.
  • Preparing meals and supporting household routines.
  • Helping customers access the local community, appointments and activities.
  • Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing.

No two days are the same. You could be supporting someone to enjoy horse riding, swimming, trampolining, cycling, baking, arts and crafts, shopping trips, visits to local parks or days out to working farms. We also have a service vehicle available, so a full driving licence would be an advantage.

About the Service

Our home is conveniently located just five minutes from Evesham town centre, with excellent public transport links, nearby shops and restaurants, and on-site parking. We’re proud to have been rated GOOD by the CQC.

Shift Pattern

This role involves a mixture of shifts, including:

  • 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • 2:30pm – 10:00pm
  • Sleep-in shifts available 10:00pm, paid at £70.47 per sleep-in.
