Find your future with Heartland. The Heartland Vets family is growing, and we are excited to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, supportive team. This 12-month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave, offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a true mixed animal practice in the heart of Highland Perthshire.

While our preference is for a Mixed Animal Veterinary Surgeon, we are also happy to consider applications from Small Animal Vets who feel they would be a great fit. Working across our two branches, you will enjoy the variety and scope of cases that mixed practice brings, with the full support of an experienced and collaborative team.

Working pattern: Full-time hours are 40 per week Monday - Friday with a 1 in 5 out of hours rota (1 weeknight a week and 1 in 5 weekends) with no additional Saturday mornings and a Day Off in lieu after your weekend on call. A flexible approach to working hours is available; we would consider part-time hours for the right candidate.

About us: Both our branches are stocked with the usual toys including Digital X-ray.
