At Heartbreak Auction, we’re flipping the auction world on its head—and breaking a few hearts along the way. We’re a brand-new, London-based startup on a mission to turn heartbreak into healing. How? By creating a space where people can auction off items from their exes—jewellery, hoodies, love letters, haunted teddy bears... you name it.
It’s emotional. It’s rebellious. It’s beautifully cathartic. And it’s completely disrupting the traditional auction model.
Who You Are:
- A storyteller and brand builder. You’ve either scaled a consumer brand or you’re obsessed with doing it.
- You understand virality, digital campaigns, and how to build community.
- You’re strategic, but you’re also scrappy. You’re ready to get your hands dirty.
- You believe in what we’re building. Maybe you’ve been heartbroken too.
What You’ll Do:
- Co-create our brand identity and tone of voice—make us unforgettable.
- Develop and execute a full-stack marketing strategy (organic, paid, partnerships, PR).
- Build and lead a marketing team as we grow.
- Create buzz-worthy campaigns that connect deeply and spread widely.
- Help shape the company’s vision, product, and culture from the ground up.
Why Join Us:
- You’ll be a cofounder—this is your baby too.
- We’re addressing heartbreak with humour, creativity, and honesty.
- Huge opportunity to lead a cultural movement and build a standout consumer brand.
- We’re early-stage. You’ll be in the driver’s seat with full creative freedom.
