The Role: We're seeking a proactive, driven and commercially-minded Sales Account Manager to grow and manage key accounts in the hotel and student accommodation markets. This is an exciting opportunity to build lasting client partnerships, deliver exceptional service, and play a key role in the ongoing growth of Heartbeat UK’s national portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the hotel and student accommodation sectors
- Develop strategic relationships with operators, developers, contractors, and consultants
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the UK
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to final order
- Attend face-to-face client meetings, site visits and industry events
- Collaborate with our in-house design, estimating and project teams to develop tailored solutions
- Keep accurate records via CRM and report on account progress
You’ll Need:
- A proven track record in sales/account management, ideally within the hospitality or accommodation fit-out sector
- Experience working with hotel chains, developers or large-scale accommodation providers
- Confidence in building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of FF&E or furniture/interior fit-out projects
- Experience dealing with main contractors or project management firms
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel
