Key responsibilities
- Supporting people with personal care and daily living activities.

- Promoting independence, dignity and choice.
- Following care plans, safeguarding procedures and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns appropriately.
Requirements
- A caring, patient and respectful attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Willingness to complete all required mandatory training.
- An Enhanced DBS check appropriate for the role and relevant employment checks.
- Previous care experience is desirable, but applications from suitable candidates willing to learn are welcome.
- Flexibility to work in the Crawley and Horsham areas.
