This is a part‑time, on‑site Account Manager role based in Poole. The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with retail and catering clients, acting as a primary point of contact for orders, queries, and product guidance. Daily responsibilities include processing and tracking orders, coordinating timelines with internal production and design teams, ensuring accurate product specifications and pricing, preparing quotes, maintaining account records, monitoring sales performance, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling. The role will also involve handling routine client communication via email, phone, and in person, supporting issue resolution, and contributing feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in account management, customer service, or client‑facing roles, preferably within retail, FMCG, or a creative products environment.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation abilities, with a professional and courteous approach to client interactions.
- Solid organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and priorities accurately.
